Scene In A Garden

Good Sunday Morning!
"This is the day" .... may it be a blessed one for you!

Yesterday afternoon a friend came over and we did some "stamping" with her new set "Scene in a Garden". I had a "brain wave" and this card is the result of it! Hope you enjoy!
I used Blush Blossoom as the base color; the stamp with the vase and flowers from the set; flower soft on the flowers; and the swirl punch from Paper Shapers. I punched out 2 swirls on the front of the card and then "filled the area in" on the inside of the card with swirls of another color. I hope that makes sense to you ... here are the pics!

TA DAAAAAA!

Here's the card I promised you... I had made it for a dear friend who has a birthday today ... of course, I couldn't show it to you until I had given it to her!
Hope you enjoy!
You gotta check this blog to really see the new In Colors and how they compare to the rest of Stampin" Up! colors.... Mary has done a great job of this!

Sneak Peek!

No! It's not a Stampin' Up! Sneak Peek! It's a card sneak peek ... only b/c I have nothing else for you today as I have been out "shopping & playing" all day with the girlfriends! Found some great paper and a new punch. We had a great time - even spent an hour on the beach ... walked for over an hour! Wonderful!
So here is a peek at a card I'll show you tomorrow - probably later in the day! and I 'll have some other stuff to share as well!
I used "Flower Soft" on this card ... purchased this at the Carousel last weekend! Love the stuff!!! It just adds another dimension to any card! Of course, it's not to be found around this area, so ... I'll take orders if anyone wants me to pick some up for them the next time I'm in the city - which will be 3 - 4 weeks away.
Hope you enjoy!
Hasn't this just been the most wonderful day yet?
Oh, how I love the sunshine, the fresh air in the house, and hearing all the birds chirping away!
Smiles and hugs!
