Here is the Mojo Monday sketch for this week - I haven't done one of these for a looooong time!

Here is my take on this sketch ... I used Asian Artistry ...

a Hostess set that will be no more as of the end of June! But it is a "keeper" for me! :)

I'm having a relaxed day in between clients ... maybe I'll get a few more cards done today!
Or maybe I'll just sit and read on the deck! Whatever - it will be good!

Hi All!
I did get some stamping done yesterday... WhooHoo! - have some exciting new things to show you this coming week! For now - here is my take on the MOJO Monday sketch...

I used the Dahlia Nestie instead of a circle; used the Cottage wall DP from S. Up! and the hostess set "of the earth"; three Robin's Nest dew drops....

Here is the inside ... with a sentiment and a place to write a note!

Mojo Monday 91 on Tuesday

Hi Gals!

Here is my take on Mojo Monday 91... I used the new colors Melon Mambo, Soft Suede, and the Razzlebrerry Lemonade DSP. The stamp set is a new level 2 Hostess set! Can't wait for you all to see it... I am making more samples with pieces from it to show you over the next few days!

It's Mojo Monday again....
I haven't done a Mojo Monday Challenge for a long time .... and didn't think I would today b/c the mojo just wasn't flowing! However, I did it!
Here is the sketch and following that is my card for this sketch!
I used the bench, boots, bird, and pots from Scene In a Garden; and the tree and butterflies from Branch Out... they work really well together! Doesn't this look like a great place to relax with a book on a day like today?

It's MOJO Monday again! Here is this week's sketch...
Here is my take on the MOJO sketch ... I changed the layout from landscape to portrait and of course, had to do a little "slant" on things! I just don't like things all lined up nice and perfect!!!! Symmetry ... ummmmm - I need it a "little off" - wonder what that says about me! Maybe I don't want to know! :) I used the stamp set "Friends 24-7" from stampin' Up!; Bella Bleu DP; Bashful Blue and Kraft CS; markers to color.

MOJO 85

Hi All!

Here is a late post for Monday - about 9:30 PM - it is my take on the Mojo Monday sketch challenge... I enjoy this particular weekly challenge, however I don't often get it completed on Monday!!! :) As you can see I turned the image to the "landscape" format rather than the "portrait" format! This is my first inking of the Fifth Avenue Flower - did some coloring on it using markers and a blender pen.

I finished getting most of the "stuff" ready for the Spring Fling on Saturday! - with the help of a friend! Glad to get that out of the way on Monday --- now I can "breathe" for the rest of the week!

MOJO Monday on Monday!

Hi Everyone!

Another post today!

I completed the MOJO sketch today - haven't completed a Mojo Monday challenge on Monday for a long time so thought I should upload immediately!!! I combined this sketch challenge with the color challenge from Color Throwdown - every Wednesday we are given another color challenge. This past Wednesday it was to use Ruby Red, Basic Gray, Baja Breeze together... My first thought was, "Ugh! this will never work!" - But HEY! I think I pulled it off! What do you think?

I LOVE this stamp set from Our Daily Bread Designs! I KNOW! The bird is rather unique isn't he? Well, so are all of God's creations! :)

Good Morning!

Here is my contribution - on Wednesday - to the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge.... Ummmmm... seems like I often don't get this completed and posted until Wednesday! I used Kraft as my background CS; Bella Bleu DP; a Stamp from "A Flower For All Seasons"; Not Quite Navy Ink; Markers; Very Vanilla Ribbon and a button. I quite like the end product! Hope you do too!

MoJo Monday 80 & Our Creative Corner Challenge

Hi All!

This is my 2nd post today (30th).... meaning I won't be posting on Tuesday! I finally finished 2 of the projects I planned on doing today - other "stuff" got in the way and .... well! you know how it goes! :)

I combined the Mojo Monday sketch challenge with the OCC challenge ...which is a color challenge this week - using More Mustard, Not Quite Navy, and Bashful Blue! This seemed like an odd combo to me but I really like the finished card! So there you go! You never know how it will turn out until you're at the end of the project! Love that!

I apologize for the poor quality pic! If anyone out there has some suggestions for me on taking better pics I'd love your feedback! Thanks

MoJo Monday #77

Hi Everyone...

I have just spent the afternoon with a friend - using my new(and older) Nesties... I found the new ones I purschased the other day at The Cutting Garden at the Pharmasave Plaza on Hammonds Plains Road! They have awesome "stuff" there! Also got some Robin's Nest Dew Drops and ordered a Scor-Pal ... she has sold out of these 2 or 3 times! How I wish we had a place like this around our town!

Since it is Monday I went to the Mojo Monday site to see their sketch... here it is as well as the card I made! I used Tea Party DSP, CuttleBug, and some of my new dew drops!

This really keeps me motivated on a Monday morning!

Mojo Monday76 On Tuesday!

Hi All!

Here is a card I made for a swap I'm doing tonight with the other Demos in my group... (Upline; Sideline; Downline)... We're planning a Spring Stampin' Up! event so stay tuned!!!

I used the sketch from MoJo Monday to make this card so I "killed two birds with one stone".

I'll post this card on that site next.

Had fun doing it ... not the type of card I usually do with everything lined up so symetrically but I quite like the finished product. Hope you do too! Have a wonderful day!
